Death metal is such a limitless genre. You can do whatever you'd like. It can be over the top technical or slow. Brutal or insane and it's all so good. When we made "Visions of Death" it just came out with a natural old school-ish vibe and that's great, but our newer material has a much more modern technical vibe. I love how death metal has evolved.

  • Horna - three re-issues

    Vaasa, Finland-based black metal specialist label Woodcut Records will be releasing three albums by Finnish black metal fiends HORNA. The band's 1997 demo "Hiidentorni", 1998 full length "Kohti Yhdeksän Nousua" will be re-released with new artwork, Horna's 2001 record "Sudentaival" will be re-pressed with original artwork.

    Horna's third demo "Hiidentorni" was originally released by Noitatorni Tuotannot and later by Solistitium Records in 1997. The album "Kohti Yhdeksän Nousua" was originally released by Solistitium Records in 1998. "Sudentaival" was originally released in 2001 through Woodcut Records.
