FIREBIRDS b/w PROWESS 12" EP out AUGUST 24th via TERRATUR POSSESSIONS!

As some of you may have already gathered, we began recording our long overdue debut full length a while back. As a prelude, we are unleashing a 12" maxi single featuring an extended version of "FIREBIRDS" , the centerpiece of the album, as well as "PROWESS" - an altogether exclusive track not to be featured on the album. It will be released on regular black vinyl and limited silver vinyl through Terratur Possessions on August 24th, coinciding with the mighty Beyond the Gates festival in Bergen, Norway.

Biorąc pod uwagę, że nie mogą postawić tego kloca, to może nie być tak tragicznie jak z bohaterami tego tematu. Zresztą muzyka Mare była o piekło lepsza niż OTOH. Tak czy siusiak - na dwoje babka wróżyła. :-) Może płyta Mare będzie tak samo legendarna jak dwójka Thorns. :-)

ENDS AND BEGINNINGS!
We have some news for you all. Our album has been mastered and is finally sent to press, by courtesy of Terratur Possessions. It has been a long and arduous process, but finally our work is coming to fruition. Time draws near.

And further:
It has been decided. We will be putting the beast that is ONE TAIL, ONE HEAD to rest after the European tour this autumn and one last performance in our hometown of Trondheim in December. If you want to see us live one more time, this is your chance. We plan to go out with fire and fury and we will give everything.
The aforementioned album will be our definitive statement. We put all that has been OTOH in it, and more. It is essence and then some.
This has been a wild ride, there is no doubt about it, and one we will remember and cherish, always. Now, however, it is time for us to pursue other goals and walk new paths.
Thank you to everyone who ever came to our performances and shared, enhanced and reveled in the energy. Our thankfulness is yours, now and forever.
More relevant information about the album will be revealed this coming Friday, so stay tuned for that.

tak, irytować mnie zaczął ten cały Åsli i Luctus

Płakać nie będę, ale tuż przed ich koncertem na Beyond the Gates Fest będę w Bergen, aż trochę kusi, żeby przedłużyć pobyt i obaczyć razem z Satyriconem (fuj), Taake, Bolzer, Grave Pleasures i Blood Incantation. Nie najgorszy skład, ale koszt tej zabawy trochę zniechęca.

WORLDS OPEN, WORLDS COLLIDE

As said, time draws near. Finally. The music within this album holds so much of what has come to define us as a band, until now chiefly showcased in its live incarnation, ranging from the rabid, unruly primitivism of our early days to the ominous, slightly surreal atmospheres we began to explore later on. There is material here as old as ten years and even more, as well as what would be considered brand new (by us, anyway, Trondheim time applies). "Worlds open, and worlds, they truly collide!" In not too long we will be able to share it with you all.

Established as something of a live classic already years ago, debuted in front of an absolutely uncontrollable crowd in Prague (always the best, we salute you), we are pleased to have captured at least a tiny bit of that energy in this recording.
