Recently, as always, with truth and formal authorization, we uploaded the current video of the band Besatt, named Brass Gates. The problem in this whole story is this guy: Sang Witok - Cristóbal Lopez (sangwitok64@yahoo.com) (we don't know if this name is real, probably not).

The band Besatt has been facing problems with this guy for some years now. We don't know what happened, but we know it's been causing a headache for years. What is the involvement with SBMP? This guy, is a stalker, and wants to harm the band Besatt with every effort, no matter the consequences, or who will be harmed. What matters to him is just destroying the Besatt band. And in that, after SBMP uploaded the Besatt - Brass Gates video, not just SBMP, but all YouTube channels that have any Besatt material, were threatened by this stalker who: If the Besatt videos were not deleted, the channel would go down. From there, we pay attention.

Before long, all the YouTube channels that had Besatt material, even their official channel, received YouTube notices of copyright claims, through strikes. And if that wasn't enough, even other bands that have nothing to do with the subject received strike, by the same guy. In other words: This stalker managed to find some flaw in the YouTube security protocol, to be able to claim copyrights for bands that he obviously didn't do or belong to. And to make a strike, we know that only copyright owners can do that. Then the question: How did he do it? That's exactly what we're all trying to find out. This is a very serious flaw on the Youtube platform.

We got in touch with Youtube, and while we were waiting, we at SBMP decided to HIDE the channel so that we wouldn't receive more strikes. But guess what? Even with the HIDDEN channel, we received more strikes from other videos on the channel, made by the same person. How did he do it?

In short, the stalker has an absurd power over the channels, and even over YouTube itself, to do as it pleases, having the power to use the copyrights of works that are not his, in a free and inconsequential way. .

And after that, Youtube informed us, that due to this number of Strikes, we, and other channels as well, would have our channels deleted. Victory for the Stalker. And what was the response from Youtube? That it was not possible to verify if there is really a valid reason to present a counter notification, and therefore we cannot fulfill your request.

In short: We lost the war.

There is a lot of information coming to us, and questions at the same time, which involve rumors, half-truths, lies, about SangWitok vs Besatt, but even after talking to the band Besatt itself, we decided that it doesn't matter what the problem is. Of the band, as it is not within our reach to solve Besatt's personal problems, we will no longer hear about what is or is not true, but what matters to us is that the band Besatt, and all victim channels in this case, are united to face this guy, and we're helping each other. Metal United against falsehood and crime!
