ROME - Flowers From Exile [2009]

No, dobra, posłuchałem ten nowy Rome i jest mocno nierówny. Są numery, które pewnie wejdą do "kanonu Rome", za to część utworów po prostu sobie przelatuje. Stawianie "Hell Money" obok "Flowers from Exile" to jednak dla mnie spora przesada, bo nie ma tu w ogóle tej mocy pomimo kilku silnych i świeżych strzałów. Na pewno będę słuchał dalej bo to przecież Rome i słucha się tego fajnie, ale to nie będzie jego najlepszy album. Po prostu kolejna płyta Rome, nic nowego, chociaż Jerome coś tam w notce prasowej pierdoli o "something new" czy jakoś tak.
Muszę przyznać, że "Die Æsthetik der Herrschaftsfreiheit" odebrałem o trzy nieba lepiej i bardzo lubię tego kloca, choć rzadko do niego wracam bo lubię słuchać płyt w całości.

Widziałem Rome na festiwalu, tzn. mignął mi, bo olałem, byłem w tym czasie sikać i po piwo, ale pamiętam, na scenie był jakiś brodaty hipster z gitarą akustyczną.

Ja chetnie poslucham, bo przed Flowers postawilem na nich krzyzyk, a Flowers to wlasnie byla plyta ktora w pelni (jako jedyna jak dotad) zrealizowala potencjal, ktory w muzyce Rome czulem od Berlin, a ktory ku mojemu zniesmaczeniu malal z plyty na plyte. Flowers From Exile to byl bezbledny strzal - czesto wracam i czesto wracac bede.

Slyszal. Blisko 40min to (nieszczegolne raczej) halasowanie, reszta to juz solidne plumkanie w stylu Rome. W sumie jako eksperyment/ciekawostka moze byc.
