Jak ktoś się zastanawia, to w Agonii cd jest po 40 zeta.

Płyta jest tak dobra, że będąc dziś w Media Markt i widząc ją za 59,90zł, kupiłem ją bez najmniejszego wahania. Diabeł tkwi w szczegółach, aranże gitar są wyborne.

Wg mnie trafili w to miejsce gdzie AT THE GATES i DARK TRANQUILLITY nie wcelowali swoimi ostatnimi albumami (nic tym kapelom nie zarzucając). Zastanawia mnie cały czas jedno: jak można, prezentując taki spontan i radość grania, powiedzieć "stop"?

Tak bym nie pomyślał, bo dla mnie to jest inna szkoła grania (wczesne ENTOMBED, wczesne DISMEMBER, no i wczesne DESULTORY :)
Ale tak, szkoda, że się rozpadli. Poprzedni album też był dobry, ale nie aż tak, zwłaszcza pod względem brzmienia.

Tak bym nie pomyślał, bo dla mnie to jest inna szkoła grania (wczesne ENTOMBED, wczesne DISMEMBER, no i wczesne DESULTORY :)Ale tak, szkoda, że się rozpadli. Poprzedni album też był dobry, ale nie aż tak, zwłaszcza pod względem brzmienia.

Dla mnie to zawsze był melodyjny death metal, inny od ENTOMBED czy DISMEMBER. Może po sukcesie tego materiału zmienią zdanie.

ale doskonały album. Długo podchodziłem, by go ze spokojem wysłuchać. Nie sądziłem ,że w tych czasach, można nagrać taki album,
który tak bardzo, oddaje ducha tej starej szwedzkiej szkoły. Płyta, niemal wyjęta z roku powiedzmy 92. Szwedzkim nurtem, którym
byłem mocno inspirowanym, zasłuchany, nie tylko jako zbieracz nośników. Jak koledzy wcześniej wspominali, oddanie
hołdu dla pocz. skandynawskiego death m , Dismember, Dark Tr., Entombed i innych podziemnych kapel. Pożegnali się z historią
tej muzyki godnie. A sama kapela, swego czasu dość popularna w PL, chyba 3 występy w PL, także za sprawą kompilacji z Carnage Rec.
Forever Gone" z dwoma pierwszymi demosami....na tej płycie, a tymi demo, dla mnie ten sam ładunek emocji / nut.

Nie mam już wątpliwości - najlepsze DESULTORY i jedna z najlepszych płyt ze szwedzkim death metalem wszech czasów. To będzie wielki klasyk, choć nagrany 25 lat po wielkich klasykach (do których zaliczam też "Forever Gone").

Kuźwa, ale dojebałem. Chodzilo mi o Into Eternity, pomyslałem o niebieskiej omładce i jakos nie wiem czemu podpiąlem nie ten tytuł :/

otwieracz w sumie bez zaskoczeń (albo promo to było, już nie pamiętam). ot, poprawny, do bólu generyczny death metal z chwytliwościami. jak całościowo jest podobnie, to chyba na razie odpuszczę.

3 wstępne odsłuchy za mną i w tym momencie jest bardzo pozytywnie. może nie podzielam entuzjazmu doktora, który chyba lekko przesadza, ale płyta ogólnie rozpierdala. i te melodie... nie nachalne, i nie pedalskie, tylko takie, jakie mają być. zobaczymy co dalej

a ja po wrzuceniu ostatnio trzech płyt do odtwarzacza, debiutu, dwójki i nowej (tak, żeby poniekąd wyszydzić kolejne niepotrzebne odkopanie trupa), dalej czekam najwyraźniej na własciwą chwilę, która nie nadchodzi i nie mam ani cienia ochoty, żeby się za to zabrać.

miałem niezwykle ciężką przeprawę z tą nową płytą, ale teraz już wiem o co chodzi i zasadniczo podzielam zdanie doktora. wspaniały album, z wspaniałymi melodiami do którego wracam i wracam i nie nudzi się. piękna sprawa ogólnie

Mi się jeszcze nie udało polubić ich łabędziego śpiewu. "Counting our scars" dużo bardziej mi się podobał. Może jeszcze przyjdzie czas, ale na razie CD leży i się kurzy, a nie za bardzo mam ochotę włożyć go jeszcze raz do odtwarzacza.

For the first time ever on CD the three demos from swedish Death Metal band DESULTORY.
Commonly cited and appreciated as one of the trailblazers of melodic Death Metal, swedish DESULTORY`s roots are deeply buried in Thrash Metal. Wearing their influences on their sleeves, their first demo From Beyond features songs in the vein of KREATOR, TESTAMENT or MERCILESS.
Apart from Klas Morberg`s eery howlings which bear semblance with early TIAMAT and the fact that the demo was recorded in legendary Sunlight Studios in 1990 From Beyond is basically a Thrash Metal demo, albeit a very enjoyable and strikingly well-played one.

It was with Death Unfolds from 1991, the rabid pack`s second demo, that DESULTORY really came into their own as far as style and sound are concerned.
Again recorded by Tomas Skogsberg in his renowned Sunlight Studios, the demo showcases most of the band`s typical trademarks they would go on to be admired for. Bangers like “Passed Away” and “The Chill Within” both of which would end up being re-recorded for DESULTORY`s debut album are top-tier swedish Death Metal with downtuned guitar riffs in abundance and a particular sensitivity for melody.

Simply titled Visions, the 3rd demo again recorded in Sunlight Studios in 1992 logically continues DESULTORY`s trajectory.
Building on the fundament laid out on Death Unfolds some of the ingredients only hinted at previously are extended and fine-tuned on tracks like “Forever Gone” and “Depression”. Aided by the strongest production of their demos giving the songs that certain extra punch this demo is victorious on all fronts and a must listen for anyone into swedish Death Metal of the highest order.
